		<description>I agree with this.  It&#039;s about truly feeling one is part of something.  And, that their personal ambitions are aligned with the firms.  If they can trust that their interests are linked to the success of the firm then they will want to contribute at a higher level.  This is the &quot;pull&quot; - this is the magic!</description>
